Laser Cutting
DIY Rates - $25/hr
Professional Fab/Overnight Rates - $50/hr
File Prep:
- Files should be exported as vector "pdf"'s sized for an 18"x32" bed size
- Materials should be cut to size for 18"x32" bed, with a maximum thickness of 1/4".
- Cut lines are marked as pure red (r:255, g:0, b:0), and etch/score lines should be marked as pure black (r:0, g:0, b:0)
- Line styles are interpreted by the laser cutter as solid lines.
- Please call for any additional materials or file setup concerns.
3D Printing
ZPrinter (Monochrome) - $15/hr + $2/cu in
Replicator 2X, FORM 1, Bukobot - $15/hr
File Prep:
- Files should be exported as an "stl" file.

Professional Design and Fabrication
3D Design - $50/hr
Prototyping R&D - $50/hr
Consulting & Assembly - $35/hr
Services:
- 1 hour free consultation to kick off the prototype.
- All aspects of the design process can be handled in shop: Initial conception, Digital Design (2D or 3D), Fabrication, Assembly, Electronics Integration, and Programming.
